1.5 Lbs of ground beef (we use 15% fat)
.5 Cup Red Quinoa (dry--before cooking)
.5 Lg Chopped Brown onion
1 cup chopped spinach
1 clove crushed garlic
Salt and Pepper
Mix together and form into patties
We use whole grain wheat buns with avocado, fresh celebrity tomatoes and sliced heirloom tomatoes.
Garnish with grilled green onion and add some sweet potatoes fries, baked.
